Poem readings from students at St Philips CE Academy

Students from St Philips CE Academy in Lilycroft brightened the day of residents at Lister & Sherrington House Nursing Homes with a heartwarming visit. The children shared their own poems from The Little Book of Hope, a collection they had written especially for the residents.

This delightful visit is part of our ongoing partnership with St Philips School through the Linking Network Intergenerational Linking program. This initiative fosters connections between young people and older adults, bridging the generation gap and promoting understanding.
